We collect your account email and name, stands and coordinates, sits, notes, photos, safety contacts, community content, device details, and locations you choose to share.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide Hockline, save plans and logs, show maps and weather, support safety check-ins and live share, send notices, improve the app, moderate community features, answer support requests, and meet legal and security needs.
Where it is stored
Hockline data is stored with Cloudflare. Coach questions are processed by Anthropic. Apple and Google process purchases. OneSignal supports push delivery. Weather and map providers may process coordinates needed for a request.
Your choices
We never sell personal data. You can review, correct, or delete your account. Use the in-app deletion control or the account deletion page. Contact us for privacy questions or requests.
Retention and security
We keep account data while your account is active. Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Some legal, purchase, and backup records can remain for the period required. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service is risk free.
