In the app
Open Hockline. Go to Account, then choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps.
Without the app
Email support@blackwateroutdoorjourneys.com from the email address on your account. Use the subject line Delete my Hockline account.
What we delete
We delete your account email and name, stands and coordinates, sits, photos, imported contacts, community posts, comments, messages, tags, device push token, location data, Coach history, and app data tied to your account.
What we keep
Purchase records, legal acceptance records, and secure backups may remain for the period required or their normal rotation.
Timing
Deletion is usually immediate in the app. We complete email deletion requests within 30 days. A deletion request cannot be undone.
